参赛要求
APPLICATION INFO.
i.中国甜品锦标赛参赛资格
To be eligible for China Pastry Cup
必须拥有中国国籍，且到2025年全球总决赛时，拥有至少5年与甜点制作相关的职业经验。
You must have Chinese nationality and at least 5 years of professional experience in pastry industry by the time of the Grand final in 2025.
ii.参赛组别
Competition Group
A 组：巧克力蛋糕及糖制工艺展品
B 组：盘式甜点及巧克力制工艺展品
Group A: Chocolate cake and Sugar showpiece
Group B: Plated dessert and Chocolate showpiece
iii.截止日期
Deadline
2023年 2月1日（参赛资料最晚寄达日）
February 1st , 2023 (the last day of receiving documents）
iv.申请材料
Application documents
01
A组：
糖制工艺展品照片；巧克力蛋糕照片；巧克力配方
B组：
巧克力制工艺展品照片；盘式甜点照片；盘式甜点配方
Group A：
Photo of sugar showpiece, Photo of chocolate cake, Recipe of the chocolate
Group B：
Photo of chocolate showpiece, Photo of plated dessert, Recipe of the dessert
