APC西点亚洲杯中国队出征在即!

Team China Prepares for the Asian Pastry Cup!


西点亚洲杯成立于2006年,旨在发扬和提高在亚洲从事西点行业厨师的技艺,为西点世界杯输出亚洲优秀的参赛团队。

各国的参赛队伍均由一名教练与两名队员组成,

比赛最终会评出三组队伍,将共同出征次年的西点世界杯。

The Asian Pastry Cup was established in 2006 with the aim of promoting and improving the skills of chefs working in the Asia pastry industry and taking Asia's top teams to the World Pastry Cup.

Each country's team consists of one coach and two team members.

Three teams are then selected to compete in the following year's World Pastry Cup.

王胜在2009年接触西点,2015年拜王森为师,正式接受系统专业的技术培训。在西点制作的道路上,不仅仅局限于专注西点的制作工艺,还致力于外观和口味上的创新和突破,希望通过不懈的努力,可以不断提升自己的技艺。

在提升自我的过程中,王胜逐渐形成了他自己独特的创作风格。从平时制作的大型展品中,我们可以看到艺术与技艺的完美结合。每一次的用心之作,都展现了他在这一领域的非凡才华和执着追求。

Wang Sheng started his pastry journey in 2009, and in 2015, was trained by Wang Sen. Since his journey began, Wang Sheng has not only focused on achieving technical excellence in pastry, but has also pushed for continuous innovation in pastry appearance and flavor. Doing so has allowed Wang Sheng to improve his skills over time and form his own creative style. From the large-scale exhibits he constructs, we can see a perfect combination of art and skill. Each heartfelt piece shows his extraordinary talent and pursuit in this field.

中国队糖艺厨师-孙彤彤

全国技术能手、西式面点一级技师。

2020年,在第一届全国技能大赛中获得糖艺/西点制作项目金牌,拿到了代表中国出战世界技能大赛的入场券,被评为“江苏省巾帼建功标兵”。

2021年,在甜点巧克力数字化技能大赛混合欧亚竞赛中为中国再次夺下金牌,其独具风格的造型设计和甜品口味搭配深受国外专家评委的喜爱,获得了“江苏工匠”荣誉称号。

2022年,被国家人社部授予“第21届全国青年岗位能手”称号。

2020 Gold Medalist in Sugar Art and Pastry Making at the First National Skills Competition, earning a spot to represent China at the WorldSkills Competition

2021 Gold Medalist at the Pastry Chocolate Digital Skills Competition (Mixed Eurasian Competition), praised for the design and flavor pairing of her creations, awarded the title of "Jiangsu Craftsman"

2022 National Youth Post Expert, awarded by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security

2014年入行至今10年,孙彤彤在师父王森老师的带领下,刻苦钻研,在糖艺造型技艺上细细打磨,甜品口味搭配上大胆创新,参加过大大小小数十场比赛,每一次参赛都是对自己技艺的考验,吸取经验,精进技术。

Since entering the field in 2014, Tongtong Sun has diligently honed her skills under the guidance of Master Wang Sen. She has polished details in sugar art modeling and creatively paired flavors in desserts. Having participated in numerous competitions and achieved commendable results.

比赛宣言——“我的梦想是创造出能够赢得大众味蕾的甜品。我希望通过不断尝试各种搭配与创新,能够在甜品届最具影响力的赛事中取得好的成绩。此次参赛能与两位前辈搭档是我的荣幸,从他们身上我学到了很多,让我们一起加油,冲击总决赛!”

Quote for the competition -"Becoming a coach has not stopped my progress. My dream remains to create desserts that appeal to all taste buds, continuously experimenting with various combinations and innovations. I hope to achieve good results in the most influential competitions in the pastry world. It is an honor to compete alongside two distinguished predecessors, who I have learnt a lot from . Let's work together to conquer the finals!"

2016 led the Chinese national pastry team to win a silver medal, the highest honor China has achieved in this competition

2015 Honored Celebrity Chef of the year at the Best Restaurant Awards 

2022 established Shanghai Master chef studio

2023 awarded as "Shanghai Craftsman"

钱晓从19岁开始入厨,师从叶卫,短短三年从初级厨工迅速晋升为一级厨工。他在24岁时就被任命为饼房主管,29岁时成为饼房厨师长。今年,是他在厨房奋斗的第27个年头,现任上海和平饭店的西饼行政主厨。巧克力甜品是钱晓的强项,层次丰富的味觉结构、突破传统的独特造型,一次次视觉与味蕾的双重体验,我们能不断从作品中感受出钱晓的用心与热爱。

Glen started his culinary career at 19 under the mentorship of Louie Ye, quickly rising from a junior chef to a first-class chef within three years. He was appointed pastry supervisor at 24 and became the head pastry chef at 29. This year marks his 27th year in the kitchen, currently serving as the Executive Pastry Chef at Shanghai's Peace Hotel. Glen excels in chocolate desserts, characterized by rich flavor structures and unique, groundbreaking presentations. Each creation offers a dual experience for both sight and taste, reflecting his dedication and passion.
