

烘焙届翘首期待的西点盛事——首届中国甜品锦标赛于2017年5月在上海烘焙展举办巅峰决赛。比赛共有8支队伍,通过两天的专业竞赛,代表中国出战2018西点亚洲杯的冠军队伍正式诞生。
May 11, 2017, the long-anticipated pastry event China Pastry Cup held its two-day competition finale at Bakery China 2017 and announced the champion, who will represent China and go to Singapore for Asian Pastry Cup 2018.

每支队伍的两名队员在八小时内分别完成了三个巧克力蛋糕*、十五份盘饰甜点*、一个巧克力工艺摆件*和一个糖艺工艺摆件。
Each Team prepared 15 plated desserts, 3 chocolate cakes for tasting,1 chocolate showpiece and 1 sugar showpiece for display within 8 hours

8支队伍在终极舞台上切磋与展示臻艺,最后由来自上海虹桥元一希尔顿酒店程术领队的参赛队伍最终拔得头筹,摘下冠军桂冠,顺利获得代表中国进阶2018年“西点亚洲杯”的参赛资格。其两名成员分别是来自Cream Paul甜点教学的的朱远与来自上海外滩W酒店的朱贤东。
Team Cary, with Coach Cary, from Hilton Hongqiao,and two team members,Paul Zhu from Cream Paul and Sam Zhu from W Hotel on the Bund,proudly championed at the finale over the two-day competition among 8 top pastry chef teams shortlisted nationwide and will take part in the “Asian Pastry Cup” held in Singapore, representing the China team .
