Gourmet Talks（GT品味）团队创立于2004年（前身为读卖文化）是一个聚焦美食以及与餐饮相关生活方式的线上线 下资源整合平台，更是专业餐饮内容创造者。成功打造国内第一本知名西餐专业杂志《新西餐》（英文名New western cuisine，后更名《环球美味》）等期刊, 同时还举办了上百场大小线下活动。
顺应时代发展，2017年我们正式把餐饮内容创作搬到线上，全力打造新媒体平台GourmetTalks（GT品味）和GBA Life(大湾区生活志)，持续发掘美食文化的趣味和广度，注重专业度和深度，洞察行业发展，剖析商业模式，助力餐 饮人学习成长。GT热爱美食、热爱生活、热爱旅游。探访没吃过的店，了解食材产地。希望通过食物，发现背后的历 史人文和文化故事，并分享给大家。

Founded in 2004, Gourmet Talks (formerly Du Mai Culture) is a integrated resources platform of catering industry and related lifestyle. As a professional content creator, Gourmet Talks had successfully published the first nationally renowned western cuisine magazine - New Western Cuisine, and later renamed as Global Gourmet. Gourmet Talks has worked with clients to held hundreds of event both online and offline.
Since 2017, Gourmet Talks (GT) has started to build social media of GT, including GT official WeChat account , GT website,weibo and GBA Life official WeChat account. It not only provides the interesting stories but also the professional knowledge and industry trends with creative themes, interesting contents, and outstanding images.
With nationwide resources, Gourmet Talks visits new restaurant, and unveil the secret of ingredients. We have kept good relationship with the five-star hotels, chefs, and high-end restaurants in China. The followers of GT includes GM of five star hotels, f&b directors, executive chefs, restaurateurs and head chefs, celebrity chefs, sommeliers, winery owners, food and drink suppliers, embassies, associations, travel agencies, culinary schools, training organizations, high end clubs, etc.
As event organizer, Gourmet Talks provides a full set of promotion services to clients in the most professional, flexible, and efficient way. We have worked with chefs and suppliers to do the products demonstration, held food and wine banquet and dinner; worked with brands to do the promotion events.
