第三届中国甜品锦标赛决赛主题与入围选手公布

优秀的团队支撑,殿堂级美食专家加盟,和环节的巧妙设置,国内顶尖甜品家的汇聚,为摘得亚洲区冠军桂冠而拼搏,赛事必将精彩纷呈。


With the support of excellent team, the joining of well-known gourmets, and the exciting competition sections, top dessert chefs from China and abroad gather here to strive for the championship of China Pastry Cup. This competition must be wonderful and exciting.


喝彩/applause

为选手喝彩,为作品喝彩,为甜品盛宴喝彩,为中国喝彩。


Applause for chefs, applause for work, applause for dessert feast, applause for China.


2020年无疑是灰色的,但同时也充满了希望。我们同心同力,共渡难关,于毫末之处迸发着希冀之光,让世界看到了中国力量;拨开云雾,星火之光摇曳,终连成一片,照耀出五彩纷呈的明天。

本次中国区锦标赛以多姿多“彩”的内容,大声喝“彩”的寓意,以赋予更多出“彩”中国的愿景。

2020 was definitely dark, but we still have hope. We went forward hand in hand to tide over the difficulty. From a tiny part of the world, we burst out the light of hope, and let the world see the power of China. Put aside the clouds, the spark light is still swaying. Each piece of spark light will be connected into one, and it will shine a wonderful future.

"CAI·CHINA" gives the vision to 3rd China Pastry Cup with various desserts, wonderful competition content and the meaning of applause.

本届比赛收到37位选手报名,组委会委派评审团进行第一轮评审。文件审查资料分为三部分:

1. 糖艺/巧克力展品照片:艺术性,完成度,原创性

2. 巧克力蛋糕/盘饰甜品照片:展示,艺术性和完美度,  原创性

3. 巧克力蛋糕/盘饰甜品详细配方

最终,7名选手脱颖而出,入围决赛。也有些优秀选手因为没有在规定的时间内按要求提交完整资料,无法评定出上述三部分的完整分数,没能获得决赛资格。



The 3rd CPC has received 37 applications. Appointed by the Executive Committee, the Panel of Judges has conducted the first round review (document review) in three sections:

1.Photo of Sugar/Chocolate showpieces:Artistry, Completeness, Originality

2.Photo of Chocolate cake/Plated dessert:  Presentation, Artistic& perfection, Originality

3. Detailed recipe of Chocolate cake/Plated dessert

Eventually, 7 applicants outstood for the final of CPC 2021.There are a few applicants who fail to qualify for the finals due to incomplete submission of materials for all the 3 sections evaluation before the specified deadline.
