The 5th China Pastry Cup is a competition which adheres to the principles of “openness, fairness and justice”, and selects the top dessert masters in China. The winning team of the China Pastry Cup will represent China at the Asian Pastry Cup held every two years in Singapore and compete with other Asian teams to qualify for the World Pastry Cup in Lyon, France the following year.
